Obama’s Ridiculous Statement |
I seldom attribute such words to people, but sometimes, they are quite necessary. This is such an occasion; President Obama recently said that he thinks
the irony … is that [he] actually would like to see a relatively light touch when it comes to the government,
in a White House interview today. This statement just completely flabbergasts me.

Romney calls on Obama to speak out on Iran |
Politico/Romney calls on Obama to speak out on Iran by Jonathan Martin
14 June 2009
Mitt Romney, a once and maybe future presidential candidate, calls Iran’s presidential results “a fraud” and urged President Barack Obama to speak out against the disputed re-election of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
Obama, Romney said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” should ”indicate that this has been a terribly managed decision by the autocratic regime in Iran.”
The former Republican Massachusetts governor also used the Iranian results to broaden his indictment of Obama, saying “it’s very clear that the president’s policies of going around the world and apologizing for America are not working.”
Romney cited the belligerence of Iran, North Korea and Russia and the refusal of European countries to offer significant troop increases for Afghanistan.

Reverend Jeremiah Wright Resurfaces |
The Daily Press/Rev. Wright says he doesn’t regret severed relationship with president by David Squires
Reverend Wright continues to use racial sensitivity in a recent editorial piece on the state of his relationship with President Obama. Asked on whether Wright has spoken to Obama, the Reverend stated that
Them Jews aren’t going to let him talk to me. I told my baby daughter, that he’ll talk to me in five years when he’s a lame duck, or in eight years when he’s out of office. …
Although reported on, and commented on before, the point can’t be made more often, or more strongly that the people with whom Barack Obama has associated himself with has shown a repeated pattern that would only coincide with a person who himself believes that America is the worst country on Earth that is deemed unable to be the most powerful country on Earth.
We mustn’t forgot who President Obama mingles with, yet we must be fair, and allow our President to try to show his honest belief of us, the US. It seems so far that Obama’s view is a traditional, liberal view that blames the USA for every single act that occurs worldwide, but let us have patience, and witness the actions of our President for the better.
Jon Voight - Hollywood’s Conservative, Conservative |
The Washington Times/Voight sees administration as ’slick, relentless‘ by Jennifer Harper
Jon Voight, rightly pronounced as a “silver-screen conservative” correctly animates his, and the sentiments of many, by commenting on how
the people who voted for President Obama are just beginning to wake up to exactly what they brought in. The ‘change’ they envisioned is not the ‘change’ they have gotten.
Scores of people throughout America who believed candidate Obama would bring about this drastic change that would completely overhaul the American government are only now realizing the consequences of electing a man with socialistic tendencies. Those voters believed they were getting change for the better, but are now joining the ranks of those who all along opposed the policies of Obama, and proclaimed the change Obama would bring would be change for the worst.
Voight goes on to explain how the Obama administration is keenly attuned to the needs of the people. That they
know what people want and they give it in a package that can be read off a teleprompter. That’s not what our country is based upon,
President Obama places hope in the minds of many people by saying exactly what the people want to hear. By extracting himself out of the problem at hand, promising a change that will make everybody secure in the future [sometime], and making sure he places enough blame on the past in order to counteract any (probable) error that would occur under his watch.
As with many conservatives, Voight greatly admires our forefathers who under all the odds against them, were able to lead this country’s people towards a birth of democracy. Voight advises his fellow Americans to
read up on the lives of the nation’s founders, and understand that the founding of the nation was “an amazing moment in time
Jon Voight understands how great this country is, the greatness of its founding, and the greatness of its people. Statements such as these by Voight, by other conservatives and freedom loving people will hopefully become a crescendo that will echo loud, and clear that we Americans stand for a Republican form of government. It is only by your words, and votes that we may turn the tide and show the world what we really stand for.
