It's my understanding that Utah's rules would mandate that on the first roll call vote at the convention, they would have to cast their votes for Romney. If everything then plays out as expected, McCain will, of course, have all the votes he needs to secure the nomination on the first vote. If I understand the article, it will just be a fun moment for us Mittheads, but it will also register the thought in many voter's memories. Hearing that phrase on National broadcast and cable television:....."the great state of Utah proudly casts it's 36 votes for Gov. Romney for President of the United States of America!"
