The speculation over who the two presumptive nominees will tap as their running mate is heating up as the media and the opposing campaign place more scrutiny, not only on the field of potential vice presidential contenders, but also on the campaign operatives who are combing through their resumes.

Tonight Senator John McCain is scheduled to appear at a fundraiser in Boston alongside his former rival for the Republican nomination, Mitt Romney. The Boston Herald’s Hillary Chabot notes that speculation that Mr. McCain might invite the former Massachusetts governor to be his No. 2 is on the rise.

McCain needs to put Mitt on the ticket. This party needs some excitement to stir things up and get the momentum going for the general. And Mitt Romney is the one to make it happen. We can win this election!!!!

The Economy situation is really so bad that one wonders if anyone can fix it. However, if someone can, it would be Romney. It won’t be easy and McCain would have to be willing to listen to him. Hopefully, this is what will happen. If not, I believe Obama will be our next president.

We must keep the faith and continue to return all email messages and mail requests for contributions - NO MITT, NO MONEY, NO MCCAIN - When they continue to see many each day - PERHAPS they will get the message.

Daily messages to the McCain Campaign and the RNC also may them get the message.
