Mitt was in Orlando Friday supporting Tom Feeney for re-election. Most of those who came did so to see and speak to him. He spoke glowingly about John McCain without having to mention the sensitive concerns everyone has about him. If he can rise above all that he has been through in this campaign to support the “nominee” even though he is very different from him , then we will also, out of respect for Governor Romney ONLY. We will not, however, contribute to the McCain Campaign UNLESS he nominates Mitt for VP.

It’s great that Romney was asked to speak at this event for such an awesome organization.

Here are the goals of the Florida Federation of Black Republican Clubs (http://www.ffbr.net/index.html):

The goal of the organization is to educate, enhance, and empower:

    A. We serve as the liaison for all African Americans to the Republican Party of Florida, Republican National Committee, and Congress.

    B. We will reach out to educate the social, cultural, spiritual, and civic rights needs of our nation to bring people into the Republican Party through our state and regional clubs and/or organizations.

    C. We will train political workers, volunteers, and candidates as leaders in the political arena.

    D. Provide tools for improving the economic status of the individuals, families businesses within the targeted communities, thus, enhancing the quality of life.

    E. Assist families in their efforts to remain safe and self-sufficient through education and training.

    F. Develop community outreach projects that educate the community on housing, medical information, job training projects, and literacy development.

    G. Support the principles, objectives, and platform of the Republican Party and to work for the election of all qualified Republican candidates.

Keep up the great work, FFBR!

Here’s a SWEET link to hear Bumblebee Mitt “buzz” for McCain last Saturday at the GOP convention in COLORADO. It runs 12:07 minutes. There are two additional clips – great interview and local news report that play successively (15 second ad airs between clips). Click on video screen at top right:

McCain has a “honey“of a deal with Mitt making a beeline all across the country to speak on His behalf!
