More News from Mitt Romney on Free and Strong America PAC
I just received this email from Gov. Romney. While most of the information is known to our regular readers, there is some news on Gov. Romney’s schedule for the coming weeks. I also posted this with the thought in mind that this site is now being linked by several other sites on a daily basis, so, hopefully other conservatives who don’t usually come to this site will see the info on Free and Strong America and join in this new effort to rebuild the Republican Party.
~~John Cronin~~
Dear John:
I’d like to update you on what’s been happening since the campaign ended and to tell you about my latest venture.
First, Ann and I have some exciting news. We have three new grandchildren on the way! That’ll make 14 and counting. There’s nothing like the love of our growing family to remind us of the truly important things in life.
I’ve also been busy traveling the country again, campaigning for John McCain and appearing as a surrogate on his behalf. We’ve been to Pennsylvania, Nevada and Maine with plans to go to Oregon, Colorado and Texas in the coming weeks. Next week, I’ll be hosting President Bush at my home in Utah for a Victory 08 fundraiser to benefit the national ticket.
And I have a new organization that I hope will make a difference in preparing our nation to meet the challenges of the future — the Free and Strong America PAC.
Free and Strong America PAC will support officeholders and candidates who are dedicated to promoting public policies that will strengthen America at this critical time in our history. I invite you to check out our website at FreeStrongAmerica.com to learn more about us and some of the candidates we are supporting. While there, you can sign up for our newsletter, spread the word about us to your friends, and even make a contribution to support our efforts.
I must admit — it feels good to rejoin the fight. Thanks again for your support and friendship.
Sincerely,
Mitt Romney
Honorary Chairman

As always, gracious and kind. He is humble and engaged in making this country better. He is certainly proud (as he should be) of his wonderful family. I wish they would have something in Utah that I could actually afford to go to. I would love to see these two….

On a related note. I just got an email from a member of one of the Romney Google groups. He is involved in Montana grassroots politics and is doing the same thing that some regular readers of this site are doing: promoting conservative Congressional Republicans.
I can’t say how much I admire the character of those activists who stay loyal both to a candidate and to a cause. The “sunshine patriots” who hung around only when it looked like Mitt was going to be the nominee have long since departed. The best of them are still in the fight. I heard from one of them today. He said this site has “made a name for itself.” He was very encouraged that we are still active and he also said he has used the site as a resource many times in the past as was very happy to know we are still a thorn in the side to liberals.
Getting back to Mitt’s email. Yes, always gracious and kind. A gentleman’s gentleman.

Hey, guess what? I got an e-mail from Gov. Romney today as well. I was plesantly
surprised. Once in a lifetime candidate, I simply just feel that way!!! I saw a clip of Mitt and Ann, they are such a wholesome couple!!! I’m nervous for this weekend cookout.
I hope this will be favorable for Mitt, time will tell. Mccain said he will have Dems in his
administration!! That might help solve some gridlock problems. Wouldn’t that be a change of pace??? Well, we will cross fingers and toes that Mitt is our man, actually Mccain’s man!!!! Whatever, just please , let it be Mitt. Mitt is being touted as a great pick, youthful, energenic, CEO experience, economy knowledge, gentleman, and thats
from Huck’s campaign director, Ed Rollins. How about that? Have a prayerful and enjoyable Memorial weekend, remembering all who sacfificed for our freedom, and paid
the ultimate price. God Bless America!!!!!

I also signed up to receive newsletters from the Free and Strong America PAC. Governor Mitt is simply the best. What a cool guy!!

Did you guys get a letter because you signed up on the site? Because I did and I didn’t get any letter…. boo hoo….
I think this weekend thing is pretty interesting. Do you think Huck was uninvited because of his verbal gaff and is just postering….?

can’t help but correct myself… make that posturing! I don’t know what “postering” even is…. poster boy for something maybe…. KKSM

I supported Romney since june 2006, I was saddened by how the media portrayed him and how Romney seemed to do little to challenge the falsehoods. It was quite hurtful to see the man you admire be torn down like that even if it was done in an unfair and untrue manner.
Romney is truely awesome and has been an inspiration for me, I like knowing what he is up to, and I hope he does things right by promoting conservative values from the very bottom, so there will be tons of people supporting the right causes in 2012.

KKSM: I got an email that said Back on the Trail, stated what John put on this post. It’s a form letter. Maybe because of the convention in Maine, gee ,I’m not sure why.
Go to his new site, sign up for his Newsletter. I will do that today. Perhaps all the e-mails are not done yet. Your a winner, let them know you are comMitted to Romney.
I’m sure they will love knowing your dedicated and believe in Mitt and Ann. You worked
really hard for him, didn’t you? It is Huck’s 34 anniversary. I guessI would hav made
other plans, bet he didn’t want to face the music, oh too bad!!!!!
Another thought, We donated to Mitt’s campaign, maybe that’s why?

Thanks Paulee, I thought for sure I signed up. I never got any confirmation in the email but I don’t know if they do that and I should expect one. It is all good though.
Yes, for me and the time period and some things I was going through at the time, I worked very hard for Mitt and I don’t regret a minute of it. I only regret when I drive past that building and it is no longer Mitt headquarters for Utah with cool signs all over it. I would never, ever regret for even one minute working for him. He is a very good man and deserves much better than he got but I remain firm that the One Who Blesses still has great things and blessings in store for Mitt and Ann Romney….

Ron, enjoyed that article tremendously! Thanks.
John and Paulee, very cool that you got emails from THE MAN himself!
Regarding Mitt’s last line in Cronin’s email from the Gov “…it feels good to rejoin the fight. Thanks again for your support and friendship…” Mitt is a fighter - not through big blustery pontifications, but through nitty-gritty HARD WORK. He’s a DOER. He DELIVERS. He AND Ann are not in this for personal glory; they’re in this fight because they are true conservatives and want to help our nation. It’s super that Mitt feels the support and friendship here on ComMITTed to Romney. Thanks to Anne Marie Curling, John Cronin, and all of you who contribute to this website.
Gov Romney and Ann, thank you for giving us hope. The USA needs you! Congrats on the new babies soon to join the Romney ranks!

Absolutely, thanks to Anne and John for this website. I can’t even remember how I found it. I have to tell you all reluctantly, I would not get involved with a computor.
I said it’s just another thing I’ll have to do. Well, we were getting e-mails from the Romney campaign and my husband refused to keep coaching me, said you can do this..
My passion for the Romney’s to win the White House has me here today! I learned some basics at least, met some wonderful people with feelings like mine.I am most
grateful. I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have the opportunity to keep plugged in to the Romney’s progress. They are special. We did have so much excitement and
hope when Mitt was involved. Mccain needs his energy and expertise, he does, he really does!!!!!
y passion for the Romney’s winning the White House is how I got here, and now I’;m hooked
May 24th, 2008 at 8:43 pm
Opps, I messed up. Guess that shows my lack of talent, I’ll keep my day job!!!!!

Ron, I finally got to read the article. Refreshing, everything we believers in Mitt know are true statements. It feels good to have someone printing the truth. They need to do more of that, plus that Becket award Ann & Mitt recieved would be a plus as well,
don’t you think? It’s going to be very sad for this country if we don’t get business minded folks in the White House focusing on this economy and telling us the real truth. No one man can fix this problem, but give us one that knows how to put a team together, then mind the store, so to speak!!!!!! Mitt’s been there, done that!!!!!!!
We need Mitt, plain and simple!!!!!!!
I’ll sign off for now, got to visit my loved ones, it’s the prettiest cemetaries can be, Memorial Weekend. They truly come alive with all the red, white and blues!
God Bless and we must always, Keep the Faith!!!! My Dad’s words, as he passed.
