About Comments on this Site…

Two people have mentioned their comments not showing up on the site. The system works like this, once you’ve been approved with your first comment the rest should go through. Now of course there are exceptions if we were to find a comment that is overtly rude or obscene that would be different and we would take action. If you don’t see your comment right away be patient, it might just take a few minutes to go through. But, there is no effort to moderate people’s comments. We’ve always been open to debate here, and nothing has changed.

Missed you Ann Marie. Had another reply not make it. Used the same sarcastic comparison to see if it would get through. It didn’t. - P

I posted last night and some went through. But my last like 4 posts under the post about Huckabee did not go through. I did not think they were rude or obscene. Anyway great site. Wish you all the best,

Curious. I just sent a mildly critical reply about not getting through. You posted it. I feel better. Yes, I lost the message I sent (as a test) before. But, you posted my follow up.
I don’t know what is happening but I’m glad this is getting through. Thank you.
Sorry to bother all the rest of you by wasting your time while I try to figure out where I’m going wrong. Please go and read something worthwhile. - P

I did not make a mistake in my postings. I posted 4 in a row that I thought were insightful. Yes, sorry to waste your time. I have been new to here, but not new as a conservative. Like I said, everyone has their clicks.

Elizabeth I understand. You and I are the ones involved. I imagine there could be some auto-delete flag we violated and no one ever saw our posts.
In any case, this is the best blog I have visited. I’ve almost quit all the others this one is so good. There are terrific people here. I can live with losing something I wrote every now and then. The world is probably better off without my stuff anyway.
To satisfy my ego, I save copies of what I submit now. Maybe some time I will find out why some of them end up on Mars. You will like this place. - P

Peter, thank you very much for your kind thoughts. I do love it here already, was just confused. But it is ok now. Funny, I wasn’t thinking Mars, but I thought oh they got demoted out there with Pluto some where : )
