Obama is wrong on Iran.

February 19th, 2008 Posted in Iran, Obama

Reasons to agree

  1. Obama has said; “We have not explored any kind of dialogue with either Iran or North Korea, and I think that has been a mistake. As a consequence, we have almost no leverage over them.” (Meet the Press with Tim Russert, October 22, 2006) Again, they say Obama is smart. How exactly is talking to them going to give us more leverage, besides being able to threaten them with not talking to them anymore?
  2. You should have to meat some simple standards to be considered a legitimate government worthy of diplomatic relations. Some of these qualifications would include not calling for the destruction of Israel, denying the holocaust, funding extremist, and providing weapons that are being used against us in Iraq, teaching that Jews and Christians are pigs and dogs in your schools, denying the holocaust, and 100 other things too many to include on this list. So, no Barak, we should not re-establish relations with Iran no matter how open minded it makes you feel. There is such thing as evil, and your unwillingness to acknowledge this, and to respond correctly keeps you from being qualified as president.

Mike, ty….. you just summed up Obama in a nutshell. Of course we have had dialogue with Iran and North Korea…….sorry but Obama is out of touch. But remember this is a man that refuses to wear the American Flag on his lapel!??? This is a man whose church gave Louis Farrakhan a tribute……gezzzzzz Precisely why I am voting for McCain. Our National Security. Mitt is endorsing McCain, that is good enough for me. Oh and ty for the laugh…..LOL…..Obama thinks we can all just sit down and have a tea party……

  2. Steve Says:

Yet another reason America missed a great opportunity. The Comptroller of the United States just said that entitlements are the biggest things affecting us. Romney has had it right since the beginning… I just hope some freak accident will happen and everybody will see Romney is right and elect him in November!!!

  3. JoeInMa Says:

Obama will be president not because of sound policy that builds a strong, more properous nation….. but because people like his feel-good motivational speeches. As a nation, what have we become?

  4. Frozone Says:

If you want feel good: Joel Olsteen for president (aka Obama)
If you want brutal straight talk (feel bad): McCain
If you want vapid humor (feel good, but uneasy): Huckabee
If you are void of Humor (feel nothing): Clinton
If you want solutions (feel secure): Romney (Dooh! Too late. What where we thinking?)

Haaaaa, especially like the McCain one. This has been a roller coaster ride for me. How did we let Romney get away…. well I can answer my own question on that.
    Sure do miss Romney……….
