Oh come now. Do we really have to practice “gotcha” politics? Every word, every sentence, every gesture carefully analyzed and presented in their absolutely worst possible interpretation?
Rusty, come off it you child. Why not write something worth reading instead of this petty garbage. If you don’t have anything thoughtful and original to say why bother posting? This is just embarrassing
This is significant. During her adult life we had the Clinton years. There was nothing during those years, no left wing policy by Bill Clinton that made her a bit proud. How radical is her husband going to have to be to make her happy?
C’mon guys, this is a silly spot. We have all said “I have never been as proud, or proud of, etc in our lives too. If we want to catch some one or accuse someone of something, we can do better than this. You and I both know, this lady is proud to be an American. I think she is just saying to see the country not judge her husband on race, makes her proud. Hot air is hot air, this ballon needs to deflate. There are more substantative issues to debate.
Hi Andrea, Thank you very much for adding that link. That is quite an eye opener.
Maybe his wife saying that this is the first time she has ever been proud of her country is not very important in its self, but it did raise a little red flag a bit. The rest of the link was very revealing about what they are trying to do. Its almost as if The Obama campaign is trying to turn Obama into a God or something. That is really scary to me. There was a lot of almost worshipping going on in her speeches, but where is the substance??? We need to see more debates between the two of them. They will cancel each other out, at least I hope so. How does he feel about military policies? How is he going to bring about all these wonderful miracles that he and his wife claim he can perform so easily? People are falling all over themselves to vote for someone they must be thinking is our Savior. He is not!!!!! Heaven help us if he gets elected, Heaven help us if Hillary gets elected. We may not have the luxury of waiting for Mitt to run again in 2012. If ever there was a time in all of history to pray, it is now, and we need to continue praying and never stop. Mitt has endorsed McCain, I wouldn’t want to, but when November 1st comes around, by then, even me, one of the biggest flip flopper’s ever, will have to decide, and I will do it with confidence.

…I am actually being forced into “holding my nose” this November. Talk about choosing the lesser of two evils! What a sad state of affairs. This is totally what it is about this time around for me. I can’t support any of these candidates but I must choose one or suffer the consequences of an even worse disaster…
Denise, If you believe that she is proud to be an American, you should listen to the link posted above. She is clearly not proud to be an American, as she spends quite a bit of time making a case against her country.
I’m hoping Obama can keep it together long enough to beat Hillary out of the nomination.
The media is trying to make Obama look like the best man for change. Obama would be the worst President this Country has ever seen. I think even McCain has more ability to lead this Country than Obama.
I think John McCain’s Senior old Barbie Doll looking wife has a lot of nerve criticizing Michelle Obama. You know you white folks don’t see things through the eyes of an African American in the U. S. You have no idea! Hats off to Michelle, those of us in Black America know damn good and well what she meant.
Andrea, thank you so much for that link of Michelle Obama. Oh my gosh, that is very scary, VERY! First of all we are a Republic…… We elect people as public servants, to represent and serve the American people. Not as Michelle Obama says> to heal our souls. I have a church ty. Romney got thrown to the mat for his religion, and yet here is Michelle Obama saying they are the only ones who can heal our nation and souls. WHOAAAAA! The part also where she said Barack HUSSEIN Obama will make us work and bring this nation together. I DON’T THINK SO…..Everyone needs to hear her comments. Call me paranoid or whatever, but the way Obama is sweeping all these states……hummmmmm. Something isn’t right, I can feel it.
You cannot attend a church for 20 years that focuses on black power and gives Louis Farrakhan a tribute and not be influenced by it. Louis Farrakhan HATES white people. He vowed to destroy our nation from within! I think we all need a major wake up call. When Michelle Obama was here in Utah, I think it was last week. She was speaking to a group of people, some blacks. She said sarcastically ” And they said there weren’t any blacks in Utah.” If anyone else had said that, the media would have had a frenzie….

Do we really need to do this?

Apparently this is not the only place that thinks this is significant.
It headlines on the Drudge Report; it is also being discussed on Hotair.com
Here is some more good stuff from her: http://hughhewitt.townhall.com/MediaPlayer/AudioPlayer.aspx?ContentGuid=9e3a08aa-ad84-46cf-8492-6aff289bca42

Well,
This reminds me of that old proverb:
It is better to be silent and have people think you are a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

I agree. This is the type of stuff that don’t have significance.

Terry:
I have friends from all walks of life. I think I understand more than you give credit. I am sorry you feel that way. God bless…
