I was watching Tobin yesterday during the Democratic SC primary. Originally Tobin called the McCain lie, “masterful politics.” I guess after doing a little research, he has had a change of opinion. It just goes to show you how these people on tv are clueless and do very little research before offering their opinion.

  2. Vic Lundquist Says:

Great find David! Finally, somebody IN the MSM used the word “lying” as related to McDarling.

  3. Linda Says:

I saw that this morning. My feelings about Jeffrey Toobin have just sky-rocketed. Thank goodness one person in the media is honest.

  4. Rusty Says:

I have converted to CNN recently. I think that they are much more balanced than Faux News.

  5. Mark Says:

    Rusty,

I think that last CNN/YouTube debate where they got caught loading the questioners with Democratic activists and gave two whole minutes to the rantings of a Hillary adviser really shook them up. They were totally humiliated. I have noticed lately that they have been a whole lot better since then. Somebody somewhere must of decried, “Never again!”

  6. Rusty Says:

Mark, I was really pleased with the post debate commentary on MNSBC the other night as well. Fox has really lost me.

  7. KV Says:

I also watched this on CNN and almost fell out of my chair when I heard him say that John McCain was lying. Lately, I have seen more fair and balanced GOP coverage from CNN than any other cable news outlet, including FOX. I also like their Election Result set up. They were the only ones who spent most of the day covering Mitt Romney’s Nevada win. last Saturday. The pundits at FOX seem to be really biased towards McCain and Huckabee this election. The only one who isn’t defending McCain and Huckabee anymore is Sean Hannity, but he’s the lone wolf in the pack. So it looks like I’ll be tuning in more to CNN than FOX. Let’s hope they stay fair and balanced through the general elections.

  8. Linda Says:

I agree with FOX being biased. Other than Hannity, they really suck, because they’re biased toward McCain. CNN is pretty liberal, but they are not as biased about the republicans — They pretty much dislike all of the them equally.

  9. Nina Says:

In the roundtable portion of Fox News Sunday w/Brit Hume and Chris Wallace, Brit said that the accusation was in fact dishonest. Wallace said, in effect, ’so what if it is.’ [I'm paraphrasing, mind you]. The look on Brit’s face was priceless and he went on to try and explain the responsibility of a journalist is to relay F-A-C-T-S. I couldn’t believe [nor did it look like Brit H. could believe] that Wallace, as a journalist, could dismiss such obvious, purposeful, distortion so handily.

I also am turning to MSNBC/CNN for political news, Fox has lost my respect and is frankly driving me nuts. Before the end of this election, the story must be told about WHO is driving the station wide bias re: Mitt.

  10. Eric Says:

Fox isn’t all bad. Sean Hannity has been a staunch defender of Mitt Romney lately, including challenging the McCain lies.

  11. Mit 10 Says:

We need to bomb Fox with emails about their bias coverage of Mitt. Wallace should know that we expect our candidates to be honest. We need to be able to trust our President.

  12. John S. Maine Says:

I agree with the majority of your opnions Fox news has lost allot of its credibility for not sticking to the facts. Time and time again they have sided with McCain Huckabee when the facts dont support their conclusions. Sean Hannity has been there only saving grace. I have found myself watching CNN and MSNBC allot more than Fox over the last couple of weeks. Fox smarten up!

I think it is time to post the video of what McKain said about Romney’s character back in 2002. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QA7JTDjG-Po Would you call him a flip flopper after what he is saying now?

  14. Norm Says:

Thank you Tobin, I will never vote for McCain.

  15. Norm Says:

Thank you Toobin, I will never vote for McCain.

  16. Vic Lundquist Says:

    SADIE:
