Has anyone noticed the hit pieces on Mitt today? Let’s see - there’s a debate tonight - must be the media’s version of debate prep.

Just wanted to make a post about making a difference out there. Last night Marc Ambinder’s site had a post that referenced John McCain in Mitt’s book “Turnaround” and basically praised him for being “Washington’s #1 watchdog.” Ambinder seemed to think this was a big deal…and I then made sure in my comments section that McCain also praises Romney…as we’ve seen on youtube. Also…Byron York at NRO - who isn’t very favorable of Mitt in most of his stories- also referenced the original entry from Mitt’s book…but also had to put in the mention of the video.

Nice job! Looks like you’ve started something. It’s interesting to see the McCain supporters spin this as “Poor McCain - see, he was so nice to Romney, and now Romney has turned on him with his negative and misleading campaign attacks.”

According to Rush, a new Rasmussen poll also shows Romney up at 27%
