I do believe Stephen is correct. I wish you (John S. Maine) were correct, but I think no matter how poorly Duckabee does in any given primary, he will stay in the game as the spoiler to GMR. If for no other reason, Duckabee sees his role as the anti-Mormon spoiler.

I don't believe Huckabee believes he is a Prophet. Huck is a shrewd politician who has no scrupples. Huck's strategy is to do whatever it takes to win. It is a form of a political guerilla campaign that uses free media to creates a sympathetic character, engages is proven predujices that appeal to peoples base instincts. Religious bigotry and racial inuendo (Confederate Flag) play into regional bias.

There isn't anything new or stunning about this type of politics what is untasteful is that much of the media is complicit in its use of Huck to derail a genuine Republican Presdiential nominee(s).

I have heard Mike Huckabee use the word prophetic several times. I think he really believes he is on a crusade as the "Christian Leader" to change the Constitution. I cant believe people will continue to give him any credence on conservative issues because he is not one.
