Romney Delegate Count Update

According to the MSM……If Romney doesn’t win Iowa, he’s toast………If Romney doesn’t win Wyoming, he’s toast……..If Romney doesn’t win New Hampshire, he’s toast……..If Romney doesn’t win Michigan, he’s toast………If Romney doesn’t win Nevada, he’s toast……If Romney doesn’t win,…… oh, never mind, but you just wait until he has to face the Democrats in the Fall.

Sure.

Updated delegate count:

Romney——72

McCain——38

Huckabee——29

Thompson——8

Paul——6

Giuliani——2

And now it’s on to Florida and let’s win there!

    John:

While keeping up with the Live Blog on This Site and listening to Fox News debating the importance of South Carolina’s Caucus to Huck and McCain and the un-importance of Mitt’s Win in Nevada, the cold reality keeps surfacing to these “media clowns” that this is Mitt’s Nomination to win or lose.

While Huck and McCain are waiting to see if they won S.C., Mitt is on the ground in Florida beginning a bounce which will further push Guiliani, McCain and Huck further into the background.

One big thing the MSM has completely ignored is that aside from three days out of Iowa, nobody has even come close to Governor Romney in the delegate count. Governor Romney has been in first place, and often by a wide margin, this entire time!! Nobody has come close to Governor Romney. Until today, Huckabee has been second to Romney. It is likely now that McCain will be second, but a distant second to Romney.

I saw the Republican debate held in Floriday last night…..

I thought for a moment that Tim Russert and Brian Williams were trying to stall the momentum of Romney by raising questions designated to downplay his positions on various pressing national issues confronting the Republican Party and candidates.

Tim and Brian gave more time to Romney to set a trap for other candidates to attack Romney with, but, it did not work.

Romney fired back easily, boldly and intelligently. He is, by far, the winner.

The media commentaries can attempt to downplay his last night debate performance, but it will NOT weaken Romney’s campaign; it will only feed strength to his campaign.

As you recall, any candidates attacking Romney only learns that the attacking candidate loses support and votes. Based on that reason, Romney gains more delegates than the other candidates.

Further, Huckabee was indeed a sorry loser at last night debate. The Nation is now convinced that Huckabee’s huge problem with Romney is basically Romney’s wealth not Romney’s positions on national social, economic and political issues.

As the Nation saw last night, Huckabee’s main concern is Romney’s sons. The joke was really on him and not on Romney.

Only Huckabee laughed at his own joke and nobody laugh but him.

Hucabee is a hypocrite. Did he not give a speech against the Mormon faith?
